What's it all about?
Powered by Physio is our ten-week fitness program that aims to supercharge your fitness and wellbeing with the support and guidance of our accredited physiotherapists.
The first week of the program is dedicated to developing your individual fitness plan. This will include a friendly assessment and discussion by our in-house physiotherapists to create a fitness plan that's as unique as you are.
Following this, our supervised fitness classes will be held once a week, for 10 weeks. These sessions are tailor-made to focus on your individual fitness plan, so give it 110%!
At the end of the program, our in-house physios will show you your own personal results and provide guidance in the next steps of your fitness journey.
