Can I use my private health fund?

Yes, we will need your private health card to process the claim on the spot so you only pay the gap.
What do I need to bring?
​
If you have any scans such as MRI or X-ray or have a referral from a doctor or surgeon please bring these to your appointment. If your appointment will be under insurance, please bring the relevant paperwork including your claim number if you have one.
Do I need a referral?
​
No, we are a first contact practitioners and as such, a referral is not required to see us. However if you do have one, please bring it with you.
What should I expect from my first appointment?
​
Our Physiotherapists will conduct an interview and complete an assessment of your injury, create a plan together with you and begin to treat your injury.
Where can I park?
​
As you approach Football House, to the right we have designated carparks for patients marked with 'PHYSIO'. To the left there are some visitor carparks available. In the middle of the close, 1-hour parks are also available.
