June
Choi

Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal and Women's Health

June graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. She is passionate about working collaboratively with patients to provide holistic care that is individualised to each patient.

June worked for many years as the senior physiotherapist at a major tertiary hospital in Sydney. In this role, which involved working directly with specialist Rheumatologists to lead the Rheumatology and Acute Back Pain services, she discovered her passion for helping patients regain their function following episodes of pain or injury. She also has several years of experience working as a pelvic health physiotherapist across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to her move back to Canberra, she worked in the UK as pelvic health physiotherapist for the NHS.

June has a special interest in lower back pain and chronic pain conditions in addition to women’s health conditions such as pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction across the lifespan. She has also worked as an antenatal educator and is passionate about empowering women to self-manage their symptoms and achieve their functional goals.

Outside of the clinic, you can find June at Pilates, hiking, paddleboarding with her miniature schnauzer or planning her next adventure.
