Clinical pilates is a form of exercise supervised by a physiotherapist that focusses on flexibility, strength and is designed to address lumbo-pelvic stability, postural education, correct movement patterning and body awareness.


Pilates engages both the body and mind and aims to build a strong, balanced body to prevent injury. Clinical pilates is suitable for all ages including both healthy individuals and those who are returning from injury. Origin Physiotherapy & Wellness also cater for those that are pre and postnatal. Group and individual classes are available.
