To help you reach your 2020 fitness goals, we've created a special concentrated version of our popular Powered by Physio program for January 2020.
Starting the first week in January, we'll book you in to meet up with our qualified physiotherapists to help identify your goals and create a unique fitness plan.
Following this, our supervised fitness classes will be held twice a week, for 4 weeks. These sessions are tailor-made to focus on your individual fitness plan, so give it 110%! You'll no doubt surprise yourself.
At the end of the program, our in-house physios will show you your own personal results and provide guidance in the next steps of your fitness journey.
